How do I start using Next Dental Lab services?
After you have filled out and submitted our online registration form, your dental office receives a unique account number. You can use your account number to fill out RX forms (i.e., NExT Classic, NExT Plus, and NExT Elite), generate shipping labels, and start sending cases as early as today.
When Will I Receive My Denture Cases?
You will receive your denture cases back in your office about 6-10 business days from the day Next Dental Lab receives them in one of our shipping centers: Florida, California, or New Jersey. The Texas shipping center is temporarily closed.
How do I track my patients' cases?
You can track your patients’ cases with ease by logging in to your client portal.
How can I order shipping supplies?
Next Dental Lab doesn’t provide boxes or supplies. However, you can use your account number to generate UPS shipping labels, on demand via our Print a Shipping Label webpage.
What is your remake policy?
Up to 5 years for crown and bridge restorations and up to 2 years for removable restorations.
