1. Introduction
By signing or submitting any prescription slip (RX slip) or its equivalent to Next Dental Lab, you agree to abide by all the terms and policies outlined in this agreement.
2. Limitation of Liability
Next Dental Lab shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to inconvenience, lost wages, chair time, or pain and suffering.
3. Payment Terms

Invoice Payment:
- All invoices must be paid in full on or before the 10th day of the month following the month in which they are prepared, even for cases not yet seated in patients’ mouths.

Payment Options:
- Credit Card on File / Autopay:
- Autopay Option: You may choose to keep a credit card on file. If you opt for this, your account will automatically be charged on the 15th of each month.
- Non-Autopay Option: If you prefer not to have your account on autopay, please ensure your balance is paid before the 15th of each month.
- No Credit Card on File:
- If you decide not to keep a credit card on file, you must pay your balance on or before the 20th of each month to avoid having your account placed on hold.

Late Payments:
- Any unpaid amounts will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
- Accounts with unpaid balances after the 20th will be placed on hold until full payment is received.
- Accounts remaining on hold for 60 days will be referred to our collection service, and all balances owed will incur an additional 25% service fee.

Billing Cycles:
- All cases will be billed and payable in stages or billing cycles.

Returned Checks:
- A $50.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Dispute Resolution:
- All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Palm Beach County.
- The prevailing party in any dispute shall recover all fees and expenses associated with the case.
4. Warranty Conditions

Warranty Coverage:
- Next Classic Warranty:
- Removables: 1-year warranty.
- Crown and Bridge: 3-year warranty.
- Next Plus Warranty:
- Removables: 2-year warranty.
- Crown and Bridge: 5-year warranty.
- Next Elite Warranty:
- Crown and Bridge: 5-year warranty.
- Next Classic Warranty:

Warranty Validity:
- Warranties are valid for remake cases.
- All cases needing to be returned for credit must be sent back to Next Dental Lab within 60 days of delivery.

Additional Warranties:
- Night Guards: 60-day warranty from the invoice date.
- Exclusions: Bite blocks, diagnostic wax-ups, and temporary cases cannot be returned for credit.

Warranty Limitations:
- This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
- It cannot be modified by any agent, employee, representative, or distributor of Next Dental Lab.
5. Production Sites
- Classic: Overseas production.
- Plus: Overseas production.
- Elite: USA production.
6. Turnaround Times
- Turnaround times mentioned on our website (nextdentallab.com), platforms, or marketing materials are averages.
- Guaranteed Turnaround Times:
- Guarantees apply only to our Elite production for clients located in South Florida’s tri-county area (Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties).
- Clients outside of the tri-county area are subject to standard turnaround times without guarantees.
- While we strive to meet all turnaround times, we do not guarantee them for clients outside our local courier routes.
7. Prosthesis Insertion and Patient Maintenance
- All prostheses must be inserted by a licensed practicing dentist.
- Patients must adhere to a semi-annual dental maintenance program (cleaning and examination) at the office of a licensed practicing dentist.
8. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

Impression Issues:
- Cases with unclear impressions where the technician must proceed without a new impression.
- Cases where the doctor requests the technician to trim margins “best they can” due to unclear margins.
- Cases with double-sided quadrant (triple tray) impressions showing tray sides through the impression material.
- Inlay or onlay cases recorded with a double-sided quadrant (triple tray) impression.
- Impressions sent using the putty wash technique.
- Cases with alginate impressions that are not already poured upon submission.

Remake Cases:
- Remake cases must include the original dental prosthetic and model work at the time of the remake to avoid additional charges.
- Remake cases with instructions differing from the original case (e.g., shade, material, type of clasps for partials) will be fully charged.
- For shade remakes due to Next Dental Lab’s error, the case will be refabricated at no charge, provided the remake uses the exact same shade as initially requested. Changes in shade will result in full charges.
- Any remake case without new impressions and/or models.
- Any case can be remade at no charge under the conditions above only twice. The third remake and any subsequent remakes will be charged in full.
- For digital remake cases, the original restoration and models must be received by Next Dental Lab within 7 business days of the remake request; otherwise, the case will be fully recharged.

Technical Issues:
- Cases requiring a reduction coping for occlusal clearance or draw problems.
- Cases requiring the lab to spot the opposing teeth for clearance.
- Cases made to fit under an existing partial without the partial included in the impression or without a jig of the partial clasps.
- Cases where the doctor instructs the technician to proceed despite technical limitations.
- Cases processed without a 3D printed model at the doctor’s request.

Materials and Components:
- Cases involving high-noble alloys.
- Implant cases where parts provided by the doctor’s office are not from the same brand as the implant seated in the patient’s mouth.
- Cases involving zirconia cantilever bridges with distal pontics (contraindicated due to high risk of breaking).
- All denture cases processed as “1-Step Direct Finish”.

Next Plus Policy:
- For Next Plus cases, all prescriptions not specifying “Full” or “Layered” zirconia will be processed at Next Dental Lab’s discretion:
- Full Zirconia: Used for upper and lower posterior teeth.
- Layered Zirconia: Used for upper and lower anterior teeth.
- For Next Plus cases, all prescriptions not specifying “Full” or “Layered” zirconia will be processed at Next Dental Lab’s discretion:

Additional Exclusions:
- Repairs resulting from accidents, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tissue structures, improper case adjustments, or improper dental hygiene.
- Incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost wages, chair time, or pain and suffering.
- Custom trays are not covered under warranty.
9. Cancellation Policy

Digital Cases:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from when the case is received by Next Dental Lab.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours are subject to being charged at full price.

Physical Cases:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 72 hours from when the case is received by Next Dental Lab.
- Cancellation requests made after 72 hours are subject to being charged at full price.
10. What is Covered

Covered:
- Repair or replacement of the appliance under warranty conditions.

Not Covered:
- Cash refunds for prosthetics.
- Costs incurred for removal or insertion of the appliance.
- Bite blocks and custom trays.
- All denture cases processed as “1-Step Direct Finish”.
11. Consent to Receive Communications
By submitting your information on any form on our website (nextdentallab.com), you agree to receive communications from Next Dental Lab and its subsidiaries.

- The dental office agrees to adhere to baseline dental standards and technical recommendations, whether listed above or not.

- We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or by other means of notification.
